The Windows port of UAE, called WinUAE, has seen a lot of development however. UAE is quite old now, and is pretty much abandoned. UAE is the UNIX Amiga Emulator (Linux is UNIX-like) which lets you emulate an Amiga system, from the A1000 (the first Amiga) up to the A4000 (the last official "classic" Amiga).
